Executive Assistant – Global Procurement Leadership Team

Basel, Switzerland | Fresenius Medical Care – ProCure Medical GmbH (PMG)

We’re looking for a high‑caliber Executive Assistant (5–10 years’ experience) to support our Global Procurement Leadership Team at PMG, the strategic procurement engine of Fresenius Medical Care.

This role sits at the center of a complex, multinational leadership environment and supports several global Vice Presidents based in Basel.

What You’ll Do

• Drive smooth office operations for PMG Switzerland
• Coordinate leadership meetings, workshops & on‑site sessions
• Manage complex calendars across time zones
• Plan international travel & prepare expense reports
• Serve as primary contact for internal/external senior stakeholders
• Partner closely with our US‑based Executive Assistant
• Support onboarding, IT coordination & special projects (presentations, data, org structures)
• Ensure a professional executive environment and flawless visitor experience
• Maintain the highest level of confidentiality
• On‑site presence: 3 days/week

What You Bring

• 5–10 years supporting VP or C‑suite leaders, ideally in a global matrix organization
• Strong project coordination or PMO exposure
• Exceptional organizational & communication skills
• High integrity, discretion & professionalism
• Ability to anticipate needs, prioritize, and stay calm under pressure
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365; experience with SAP/Ariba, Concur, SharePoint is a plus
• Fluent English; German or French beneficial
• Degree in Business/Administration – or certified Executive Assistant background
• Living close to Basel or ready to move
