Job Description

What is the opportunity?

As a Senior IAM Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for leading, implementing, and supporting Privileged Access Management (PAM) Services including CyberArk Secrets Manager within RBC. The ideal candidate is passionate about authentication, security, has experience building large scale enterprise software, and has direct experience in authentication, identity, pam, security, and in building complex rule-based systems for authorization.

What will you do?

  • Participates in the full lifecycle of implementation within Privileged Access Management and Secrets Management services and associated IAM policies and processes from initial internal hand-off from Business Analysts and Project teams to installation, system configuration, development and testing

  • Be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on CyberArk solution, architecture, tools and products

  • Provide guidance for during the implementation from a technical perspective on issues such as: performance, scalability, reliability, and security

  • Participates in architecture and design discussions around solutions and enhancements

  • Identifies opportunities for efficiencies by leveraging automation and other techniques

  • Establish strong working relationships across business units and platforms to build influence and impact with key business partners.

  • Collaborate with groups to define and achieve deliverables and ensure initiatives are effectively integrated into RBC procedures and processes.
     

What do you need to succeed?

Must have:

  • 4-7 years of IAM experience with strong knowledge in development (installation, configuration, and coding) of CyberArk Solutions and Application Credential Management

  • Understanding of LDAP-based identity stores like Windows Active Directory

  • Experience with databases, SQL and virtualization tools like VMWare or Hyper-V

  • Ability to automate onboarding of applications and accounts into CyberAr

  • Knowledge of network security, authentication, and authorization

  • Extensive expertise in deploying software as well as strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills on Windows and UNIX/Linux platforms

  • Familiarity with DevOps tools such as:

    • Jenkins

    • GitHub

    • Ansible

    • Terraform

  • Working experience with at least one scripting language:

    • Bash

    • PowerShell

    • Python
       

Nice-to-have

  • Experience in tuning highly scalable systems

  • Understanding fundamentals of encryption

  • Strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills to work across functions and businesses
