Roles and Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and execute gas turbine and system-level test activities, ensuring compliance with technical and safety requirements.
Analyze test data to validate turbine performance and identify areas for improvement.
Support the development of process equipment preventative maintenance procedures and equipment maintenance schedules to ensure the test facilities are always ready to perform a gas turbine test.
Collaborate with the mechanical lead engineer and other functional areas to resolve complex technical issues.
Participate in long-term planning initiatives to enhance testing capability, efficiency, and quality.
Maintain all Mechanical/Process systems to support the testing of multiple frame size gas turbines.
Support all departments to ensure the test stands are maintained and in good operating condition to perform quality Gas Turbine tests.
Work around High Pressure/ High Temp Process Systems.
Work around/on High Voltage AC/DC systems.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Electrical Engineering (or related discipline) or 2-year Technical Degree with at least 2 years of experience in a technical field.
Experience with gas turbine testing, instrumentation, or control systems preferred.
Mechanical Focus with plant Equipment Maintenance Experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with attention to detail and safety.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $76,300.00 and $114,400.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
