Role Summary

Sales Enablement helps accelerate sales productivity/capability to drive new Individual Investor business, deepen client relationships.  We increase scale through a) effective learning, certification, risk and knowledge management practices, and b) insights and technology solutions with key partners that drive associate productivity, effectiveness, and enable T. Rowe Price to "show up as one" with clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Independently applies established processes to gather, organize, and review operational data/metrics; analyzes and synthesizes the data; compiles data into reports or presentations.

  • Contributes to development of new processes or procedures for required analytics.

  • Communicates effectively with technical and business staff.

  • Develops and delivers both informational and decision-seeking reports, analyses, and/or presentations.

  • Responsible for analyzing and defining business issues, opportunities, and enhancements and implementing business solutions.

  • Participates on project teams or may lead projects/initiatives for the function or business unit.

  • Is a resource to more junior staff on complex or unprecedented issues.

  • Serves as a coach/mentor to more junior staff and associates pursuing certification.

  • Provides transparency in project progress and exercises sound judgment to effectively anticipate and mitigate major risks across the project life cycle.

  • Gathers and analyzes information and provides recommendations to address and resolve business issues typically in support of an individual business unit.

  • Effectively collaborates with stakeholders at all levels and communicates needs; proactively recommends adjustments to optimize costs, benefits, and speed of delivery.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND

  • 5+ years of total relevant work experience

  • FINRA 7/66 (63/65)

Preferred:

  • CRPC or CFP Designation

  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification

  • Working knowledge of Project Management and Change Management

  • Agile Certification

FINRA Requirements

FINRA licenses are required and will be supported for this role.

Work Flexibility

This role is eligible for remote work up to two days a week.

Base salary range:

$83,000.00 - $141,000.00 USD

For the location of:

Colorado Springs, CO

Placement within the range provided above is based on the individual’s relevant experience and skills for the role.  Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package.  Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon company and individual performance.
