About the Role

Responsible for the planning, tracking, and closing of projects and features within GIO’s AI product development. Ensures projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget. Coordinates with various teams to manage resources, timelines and deliverables, ensuring successful project outcomes.

• Plan, track, and close projects and features within GIO’s AI product development.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage resources, timelines, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
• Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements.

Financial and Non-Financial Measures

• Financial: Adherence to project budgets
• Non-Financial: Project delivery timeliness, Stakeholder satisfaction, Quality of project documentation

Communication Requirements

• Internal:
  • Collaborate with AI product, engineering, and business teams
  • Regular updates to management and stakeholders
• External:
  • Liaise with vendors and partners as needed

Minimum Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in project management, preferably in technology or AI product development
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
• Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred
