Insurance Letters of Credit Operations is a team providing support to Citigroup’s Insurance Client base.  The team is responsible for operational oversight, adherence to policies and facilitating the delivery of best-in-class customer experience. Quality is key and organisational skills are critical to this very manual intensive product offering. There are approximately 400 clients using the ILOC offering, and Citigroup is the leader in the market. 

Responsibilities:

  • Create customized transaction services reports based on data analysis.
  • Provide daily valuations to clients and manage any shortfalls effectively.
  • Monitor and research errors to ensure adherence to audit and control policies.
  • Resolve transaction services issues and use technical expertise/ judgment to conduct complex analysis. Assist in Monthly MIS.
  • Anticipate and respond to requests for transaction deliverables from internal and external clients and vendors. Monitor mailbox and assist in queries.
  • Ensure all DCFC’s are completed on a timely manner and in accordance with all deadlines and in accordance to all procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a related role within trade /cash/ collateral operations.
  • Effective verbal and written skills
  • Effective communication and analytical skills
  • Effective relationship management skills
  • Expert level proficiency in Windows, MS Project, and MS Office Suite, Excel and PowerPoint
