Insurance Letters of Credit Operations is a team providing support to Citigroup’s Insurance Client base. The team is responsible for operational oversight, adherence to policies and facilitating the delivery of best-in-class customer experience. There are approximately 400 clients using the ILOC offering, and Citigroup is the leader in the market.
