This role will assist to enhance the ZEISS digital marketing experience through create artwork/ web page/ Email and Marketing opeations using ZEISS approved systems. 
Additionally, the Marketing specialist will be the customer contact front and generate marketing leads to sales team. 
ZEISS brand voice. She/He will work in a fast-paced environment that requires quick thinking and willingness to adapt according to the situation.

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
•    Learn and execute digital marketing activities using the platforms that ZEISS has approved. (Includes creation of emails, landing pages, social media posts etc) 
•    Manage incoming customer phone calls and generate sales leads in SAP system
•    Learn how to create ZEISS promotional and advertising material artwork using Canva 
•    Collaborate with sales, engineers, and other professionals to execute promotional events and campaigns
•    Follow up with sales and ensure sales lead pipeline healthy
•    Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different mediums.
•    Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned.

Software skill preferred:
Canva, Line Backstage, Adobe Marketo Engage, Adobe Experience Management
 

Education / 教育背景
•    Bachelor’s degree in Art, Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration, or experience in a related field

Experience /經驗
•    Experience with various marketing campaigns, including B2B or B2C
•    Experience in the use of marketing automation tools or other email marketing software is a plus

•    Excellent communications skills written, verbal and presentation in English and Mandarin
•    Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills 
•    Ability to work effectively with MS Office package
•    Well-organized and a keen eye for details
•    Ability to work during weekends/holidays while event occurs.
•    Ability to travel and as necessary.
