We are seeking an out of the box thinking, dependable, hardworking, Customer Care Specialist. Applicants should be experienced problem solvers who can work effectively with our customers and across Budderfly teams.

Job Responsibilities:
• Act as Liaison with management and our customers
• Provide dedication to improve customer service and business productivity
• Proactively manage customer portfolio including billing, IoT, monitoring and customer reach-out. 
• Provide excellent and timely customer service through phone, email, chat

Desired Characteristics:
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, verbal and written communication skills
• Able to work as a team player and independently
• Creative problem solver with ability to multi-task 
• Ability to work rotational weekend/holiday call
• Passion for energy savings

Qualifications:
• Demonstrated experience in customer phone service
• Experience problem solving and providing resolution to billing and other customer care issues
• Minimum HS Degree
• Available Monday-Friday-8am to 5pm. On-site-Shelton, CT-Headquarters-Hybrid Work Schedule
• Start Immediately

Pay band: $26.44 ($55k) - $27.40 ($57k) per hour (COE)

Compensation
$26.44$27.40 USD

Compensation is based on factors including level of experience, skillset, qualifications, and location.
