HR Operations Specialist

Summary:

This position is an integral part of the Global HR Business Services and Operations Team and is part of HR Operations supporting India team (employees, managers and HR colleagues)

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

  • Serve as the primary contact for HR Operations, liaising with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide support for various HR administrative tasks as needed.
  • Handle the HR employee lifecycle – onboarding, offboarding, benefits, employee queries, and HR processes.
  • Oversee HR events and employee activities.
  • Improve HR processes to make them faster, simpler, and more efficient.
  • Ensure payroll and HR operations meet all compliance requirements.
  • Create and manage HR dashboards, reports, and SLA tracking.
  • Handle HR Shared Services independently and ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Work closely with HR and business leaders to support decisions and drive improvements.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

  • 4 to 6 years of relevant experience within HR - Payroll, HR Operations, HRIT etc.
  • Strong working knowledge of HR tools such as Workday, ServiceNow, DocuSign etc
  • Analytical critical thinker who can challenge status quo drive transformation
  • Strong communication skills stakeholder management with proven ability to influence, collaborate and drive change
  • Ability to influence leaders and is able to build and nurture relationships across organization
  • Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills, experience with HR Management systems software
