Key responsibilities:

  • collaborate closely with the Product team in the creation and delivery of marketing strategies and campaigns
  • write, edit, and generate high-quality omni-channel marketing collateral for external clients
  • design, develop, and deliver digital marketing content utilizing our agency and/or design software and tools
  • collaborate closely with our creative agency to ideate, conceptualize, and craft innovative and impactful creative concepts and designs
  • execute new and existing marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with targeted business metrics and objectives
  • manage projects efficiently, working in a cross-functional environment while ensuring delivery deadlines met and content requirements in place
  • collaborate with stakeholders to measure campaigns and report on program effectiveness 
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, using data to optimize and improve strategies.
  • Utilize analytics tools to measure and report performance against goals (ROI and KPIs)

Qualifications

  • University or college degree in marketing, communications, media, or related field of study
  • 5+ years of experience in a Sales and Marketing role
  • Excellent writing skills with a strong ability to create, draft, and edit written marketing collateral that drives awareness, engagement and action
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
  • Experience with A/B testing and other testing metrics
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of programs (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams and Smartsheet)
  • Experience working with marketing automation and sales enablement tools (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Seismic) and analytics software (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Experience in leveraging Generative AI (Gen AI) technologies to develop innovative solutions and improve business processes.
  • Knowledge of Marketing Technology (MarTech) tools and platforms, with the ability to integrate and utilize them to enhance marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to measure and optimize the performance of marketing campaigns using data and insights
  • Process- and detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality
  • Solutions-focused mindset

Salary range is expected to be between

$70,350.00 CAD - $117,250.00 CAD
