ChampionX has an immediate need for a Digital Account Manager in Midland, TX. This is your opportunity to join a large growing company offering competitive pay and benefits. In this role, you will be responsible for remotely monitoring Tank Level Monitors (TLM) to increase production efficiency and provide critical operational tasks to maximize the optimization of the well.

What You Will Do:

  • Communicate and interact with business partners to collaboratively define solutions to address opportunities

  • Build relationships with other RAM’s across US Land for best practice sharing

  • Utilizes internal relationships to accomplish goals (Marketing, RDE (local tech and lab), TEAMS Center, Corporate Accounts, O2C, Management, BD, Operations)

  • Liaison with technical resources on the core Digital Solutions and Corporate IT teams

  • Build visual management tools to identify and address key business opportunities

  • Digital Tool Development / Clear understanding of how to compile data trends into PowerBI

  • Maintain project information and provide accurate project status updates to stakeholders

  • Responsible for defining and following best practices

  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve current digital solutions or processes

  • Support the product through its life cycle and manage the design and development phases

  • Meet Goal Zero safety expectations

  • 100% compliance in safety reporting and trainings

  • Consistently coaches, mentors and gives feedback to team members

  • Build relationships with account leads and key customer stakeholders

  • Attends key customer meetings along with account leads and offer support where necessary – Quarterly and Yearly reviews on accounts

  • Assist customer meeting preparation through dashboard

  • Some travel is required to support business requirements and receive training

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field

  • Experience with business intelligence solutions (SSRS, Power BI, SQL)

  • Proven ability to resolve problems independently and take appropriate action in a timely and professional manner

  • Past experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth environment

  • Experience working with global cross-functional teams and demonstrated ability to work well with people from different disciplines with varying degrees of technical expertise

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of IT experience or related areas

  • 6+ years’ experience in a business environment performing analysis, requirements gathering, and problem-solving skills

  • Experience working in technical sales, finance or sales support functions

  • Project management training or experience
