CACI is seeking a cleared Item Manager / Equipment Specialist for its locationd in Albuquerque, NM.


The Opportunity:
 

  • Act as a liaison between the PM(s), PO, unit logistics personnel, equipment vendors, equipment manufacturers, and internal customers
  • Collect, analyze, interpret, and provide specialized information about equipment; stay abreast of evolving technology to minimize mission degradation as a result of next-generation, discontinued, end-of-life, and/or obsolete part
  • Support provisioning by ensuring adequate spare parts are identified in sufficient quantities to meet mission demands and requirements.



Responsibilities:

  • Creation and delivery of an IUID Marking Plan to include the contractor’s strategy to ensure quality, validation, verification, and registration of items. (DI-MGMT-81803A).
  • Creation and delivery of Contractor’s Progress and, Status Management Reports (DI-MGMT-8192880227).
  • Build and deliver Item Unique Identification (IUID) Marking Activity, Validation, and Verification Reports (DI-MGMT-81804A).
  • Reporting to the IUID Registry IAW Defense, Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement (DFARS) Clause 252.211.7007 or working with a 3rd party supplier in the registration process.
  • Provide advice to those who design, test, produce, procure, supply, operate, repair, or dispose of equipment. Identify and recommend solutions to engineering design and manufacturing defects.


Qualifications:

Required: 

  • An Active Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI Clearance
  • Bachelor's of Science Degree in Business or Seven years of relevant experience
  • Have extensive education and knowledge in UID process and MIL-STD-130N (w/CHANGE 1) DoD Standard Practice Identification Marking of U.S. Military Property with the contractor's marking requirements, marking methodology /strategy, data management, quality assurance, TDP requirements.
  • DoD Instruction 5000.64, MILSTD-130N (w/CHANGE 1), DoD Guide to Uniquely Identifying Items
  • Knowledge of DoD Government Property Systems, DCMA FAR, and DFAR

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$53,200 - $111,600
