What You’ll Do

  • Manage the design and administration process of CRM system (sfdc.com), configure the tool, create and update user accounts, document internal processes, complete periodic maintenance, monitor data to ensure sustainable operation of the system
  • Structure and realize the system development requirements by communicating with the global team and providing the necessary information for the process
  • Identify Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to data accuracy and compliance of sales team's activities with company strategies and ensure the routine reporting of KPIs
  • Train and support CRM users both periodically and on-demand
  • Manage the design and administration process of e-learning tool in collaboration with Global Team, configure the tool, create and update user accounts, document internal processes
  • Perform training assignments in line with the training matrix
  • Monitor and report training progress status of users
  • Sustain monthly tracking of trainings and complete documentation
  • Train and support system users both periodically and on-demand

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Min. 2 years job experience in CRM-CLM system administration (like salesforce.com-SFDC, MI-Touch, Veeva)
  • Advanced level of MS Office Applications, SQL Language
  • Excellent command of English
  • Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
