What would you do? • Drive discussions with sponsors and stakeholders across the learning ecosystem to understand and confirm business requirements
• Evaluate inputs for the learning strategy (including leveraging of talent roadmaps and other talent management tools to support learning plans and the business area s broader talent strategy)
• Develop a point of view on the learning strategy
• Act as a key advisor to business stakeholders—translating business needs into actionable learning strategies and helping shape decision-making on capability priorities
• Develop quarterly and annual development plans; obtain sponsor inputs and approval
• Oversee the design of the learning strategy framework for the capability/specialization to show how the target audience will progress across proficiency levels
• Oversee development of new curriculum for emerging or priority focus areas
• Research and recommend learning assets to be added to or removed from the curriculum
• Create or update learner guidance resources (learning paths, curriculum sites, curriculum slides)
• Oversee curriculum maintenance to ensure continued relevance to target audiences, skills, and proficiency levels
• Recommend potential solutions for identified learning gaps
• Create the Preliminary Learning Brief (PLB) in partnership with the client, articulating business context, learning objectives, target audience, and high-level solution direction, and hand over to the LEDD Operations team for detailed execution
• Provide context to the LEDD Operations team on learning requests
• Determine curriculum development and maintenance approach; provide strategic guidance
• Conduct regular conversations with the business to understand evolving priorities and imperatives
• Drive stakeholder expectation management through transparent dialogue
• Confirm materials maintenance plan
• Provide consultation and support to learning delivery as needed
• Define and assess the effectiveness of learning programs
• Identify and confirm learning value metrics and define evaluation strategies
• Review learning analytics and reporting to extract insights and enable data-driven decisions
• Create action plans based on data insights and report outcomes to leadership and stakeholders
• Collaborate with LEDD Operations and stakeholders to design and approve learning communication campaigns (e.g., badge programs, hackathons, flairs)
What are we looking for? Hand-on Knowledge of HRMS (SAP, Workday, Oracle) is required

• Practical understanding of learning solution types and architectures
• Knowledge of instructional design principles
• Working knowledge of accessibility principles and guidelines

• Excellent time management and prioritization skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Ability to operate in high-paced, dynamic, and sometimes ambiguous environments

• Knowledge of team engagement principles and ability to leverage team strengths

• Experience with capability assessment or needs assessment
• Understanding of financial principles, benchmarking, performance metrics, and analytics

Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems
• Typically creates new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures
• The person requires understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals
• Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor or team leads
• Generally interacts with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture
• The person should require minimal guidance when determining methods and procedures on new assignments
• Decisions often impact the team in which they reside and occasionally impact other teams
• Individual would manage medium-small sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture
