Software Application Engineer (Java/Spring/Web) Key Skills and Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Development:

 Design, plan, and implement advanced software tools and platforms tailored for automotive engineering workflows.

• Technical Excellence:

Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while upholding high standards through rigorous peer code reviews.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner with multidisciplinary teams to define requirements and deliver integrated software tooling solutions

• Backend Development:

Proficient in developing backend systems using Java and Spring technologies, including Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Data.

• CI/CD & DevOps Integration:

Solid working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, with hands-on experience configuring and maintaining builds and deployments using Jenkins.

• Software Architecture & Design:

Deep understanding of design patterns and their practical application to software projects. Good grasp of system design concepts including scalability, modularity, and performance optimization.

• Analytical Thinking & Problem Solving:

Recognized for strong analytical and logical thinking. Capable of dissecting complex technical problems and delivering robust, efficient solutions.

• Team Collaboration:

Works collaboratively in agile teams, contributes to architectural discussions, and supports code quality through reviews and mentoring.

- Requirements:

• Education & Core Skills: Academic Background: B.Sc. in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Engineering Principles: Deep mastery of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and a solid command of Design Patterns with demonstrated practical application.
• Language Proficiency: Strong command of at least one core language (e.g., C#, Java, C++, Python, or JavaScript).

- Specialized Experience:

• Application Development: Proven experience in building Windows Desktop Applications (using .NET or QT) and Web Applications (utilizing Angular paired with .NET or Python).
• Automation & DevOps: Strong scripting capabilities (Python, Windows Batch, or Shell) and experience working within CI/CD environments.
• Analytical Mindset: Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex software architectures.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
