Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and providing technical guidance to the team. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, overseeing the development process, and ensuring the application meets the required standards and specifications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project, providing technical guidance and support. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope. - Oversee the development process, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. - Perform code reviews and provide feedback to the team. - Ensure the application meets the required standards and specifications. - Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs. - Provide technical guidance and support to the team. - Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Conduct training sessions and knowledge sharing sessions for the team. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in DevOps. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Python (Programming Language), Kubernetes, Ansible on Microsoft Azure. - Strong understanding of DevOps principles and practices. - Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools such as Jenkins or GitLab. - Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker. - Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. - Familiarity with configuration management tools like Ansible or Puppet. - Solid understanding of version control systems like Git. - Experience with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform. - Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or Bash. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in DevOps. - This position is based at our Pune office. - An Any Degree is required.
