Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the organization’s vision and strategic direction by designing, developing, and operating automation solutions based on Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform (AAP). Each day, you will apply your technical expertise to automate complex IT processes, improve service reliability, and increase operational efficiency across the organization. You will act as a key technical expert and trusted advisor for automation services.

The work model for the role is: #LI_onsite/hybrid

This role is contributing to the Information Systems. Main stakeholders are Infrastructure Teams, Application Owners, Service Management, Security.

You will be mainly accountable for:
  • Proactively supporting the installation, management, maintenance, and optimization of the service for your area of responsibility and cross-functional processes related to Information Systems services.
  • Identifying, consolidating, and reporting any inefficiencies or improvement opportunities.
  • Reviewing requirements and specifications and identifying those that require action within your scope of responsibility.
  • Installing and testing new versions and investigating and coordinating the resolution of potential and actual service problems.

You will join a collaborative, technically strong and automation-driven team where knowledge sharing, innovation and continuous improvements are part of everyday work.

Qualifications for the role
  • Strong hands-on experience with Ansible and AAP, including playbook developments, managing roles, inventories and workflows.
  • Proven experience in automation, systems engineering, DevOps or/ and Infrastructure operations.
  • Solid understanding of Python, Linux and Windows systems, networking fundamentals, and enterprise IT environments.
  • Good knowledge of version control (Git) and automation best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to analyze failures, optimize automation , and propose improvements.
  • You are at ease communicating in English and collaborating with cross-functional technical and business teams.
