As a Manager, ServiceNow Application Delivery, you’ll contribute to our success in the following ways:

  • Serves as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in ServiceNow application delivery.
  • Manages, supports, and communicates releases and cloning schedules for the ServiceNow platform.
  • Is POC for demands into the ServiceNow platform and owner of application roadmaps.
  • Monitors team SLAs and support project teams through implementation of new application features.
  • Mentors development and system administrators new to the ServiceNow platform.
  • Provides oversight of professional services implementation resources and delivered solutions.
  • Participates in the ongoing requirements gathering, design, build, testing, and deployment of new functionality.
  • Oversees system administration functions including business process configuration, analysis of all data issues resulting from interface upload errors or incorrect data transmission from or to external vendors.
  • Researches and resolves problems, unexpected results, or process flaws; perform scheduled activities; recommend solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.
  • Works closely with Elara Caring business partners and technical teams to provide ongoing support.
  • Leads testing and data validation and ensures that business process mapping, and overall system performance is aligned with organizational objectives.

What is Required?

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related technical field
  • 5+ years experience in IT or related field
  • 3+  years Supervisory experience
  • 3+ years experience performing day to day management of ServiceNow administration, multiple projects and development support
  • Experience with ServiceNow HRSD and App Engine is preferred
  • ServiceNow Certified Administrator (CSA) is preferred.

You will report to the Director, Corporate Solutions.
