Job Description Summary:

Your role resides within the Revenue Enablement Team. The Revenue Enablement Team supports our merchant-facing organization in achieving its business goals through effective enablement programs, collaboration, and continuous improvement. We strive to empower teams to drive growth, retention and improve business performance by providing the resources and support at the right time and right place.

As a Sales Enablement Specialist, you will create and own the development, management, and curation of customer-centric content that enables PayPal’s sellers to communicate the value of PayPal solutions to customers. You will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders including Sales, Product, Go-to-Market and Marketing.

Job Description:

In your role as a Sales Enablement Specialist, you will:

  • Create and manage compelling customer-centric content for core deliverables such as sales playbooks/guides, pitch decks, data sheets, and FAQs
  • Manage the content development and review process that aligns key stakeholders
  • Collect and analyze appropriate data to support content development
  • Clearly communicate content enablement strategy to stakeholders
  • Measure the effectiveness of enablement content

Requirements

  • Strong passion for storytelling with simple narratives that speaks to the customer needs and business outcomes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to assess sales enablement content effectiveness
  • Ability to build a trusted relationship with stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Recent sales enablement experience in the financial services industry
  • Experience using sales enablement tools including Seismic
