Mission :
Improve operational efficiency and productivity (creation of added value) by carrying out DMAIC approach and supporting progress & project actions using Michelin Way tools in the 3 areas: People - Profit - Planet.
Key expected achievements :
• The Post study methodology (DMAIC Post) is applied, and the expected results are obtained.
• The “OI basics” linked to the improvements made are in place and maintained: TU, Performance monitoring (TRO/TRS…Of activity.
• Change management is successfully carried out.
• MICHELIN way tools are animated
