Our innovative company is looking to fill the role of Oracle EBS DB Administrator. Day to day activities include developing and documenting system specifications, implementing Oracle Database requirement along with EBS application & maintaining operational uptime, coordinating with applications teams and other operational and project-based tasks as well as mentoring teammates and developing KPIs and operational standards. - The individual must have experience in Installing, supporting, patching and upgrading of a multi tier EBS 12.2.X environments using Oracle technical stack (Database 19c and above, 10g AS, and WebLogic 12.1 and above)
- The individual must have experience in setting up concurrent processing, cloning and utilities like adop, adadmin, adpatch, adctrl, adrelink and admerge
- The individual must have experience in maintaining Oracle Workflow and manage and troubleshoot configuration of workflow mailer, troubleshooting issues with adop ,forms, Apache, concurrent programs and concurrent managers
- The position involves a mixture of project delivery and support activities. The individual filling this position is expected to provide support incident ownership, resolution of database-related issues, maintenance activities, patching, tuning etc
- The candidate should be experienced with Oracle Database 12c and above.
- The candidate must be able to deliver within agreed timelines, manage and complete projects and support activities within customer expectations SLAs, and proactively escalate any issues that cannot be resolved within the established timeframes.
- The individual should be able to conduct changes on enterprise production systems.
- The candidate must be able to contribute to EBS and database migrations (including Cross Platform Migrations), tuning, operationalization, and support efforts for Oracle database enterprise environments.
- Knowledge of Oracle security basics, and experience in working with SOX Auditing
- High level analytic and research skills - must be detail oriented.
- Demonstrated ability to research and create detailed computing system documentation and operational guides/procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with a diverse user community in quick-response situations and to coordinate / collaborate with team members.

SUPPLEMENTAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Hands on experience in managing the Oracle Databases & its operations activities.
- Knowledge of EBS Lift and Shift to OCI/AWS/Azure Cloud.
- Knowledge of OCI Cloud Manager.
- Knowledge of EBS environment in High Availability Architecture using RAC and Dataguard.
- Knowledge of Multi-tenant architecture.
- The candidate is experienced in Fusion middleware administration.
- Knowledge of Oracle EBS and OAM Integration to implement SSO
- Knowledge of automation, including use of Ansible
- Working knowledge of Linux Operating Systems
- Knowledge of Load balancing, PCP, Configurators, JVM’s, archiving and purging tools like HP Archiving
- Ability to work independently and troubleshoot problems with speed and efficiency.
- Effectively interact with internal and external personnel to coordinate and resolve complex issues.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of Oracle EBS DBA experience
- BS degree in Computing or other related field, or equivalent experience
- Oracle certification (Preferred)
- Clear and concise communications both written and verbal.
- University degree or equivalent experience required.
- Previous exposure to ITSM and ITIL processes preferred.
- Ready to work in 24X7 Shifts & on call schedule.
