Functional Description:

The position will be responsible for developing and executing the invoicing process for engine rental services delivered by P&WC to customers in the EMEA region, with a focus on accuracy, efficiency and productivity throughout the whole revenue stream collection. The position will be part of our Customer Service group and, as such, will provide opportunities to grow in scope, visibility and understanding of the aftermarket ecosystem, maintenance agreements, customer profiles and various aspects of the invoicing business.

What You Will Do:

• Work with customers (including direct communications) and internal stakeholders to collect all relevant information required for invoicing purposes
• Generate invoices in SAP S/4HANA system based on monthly usage reports and ensure timely processing of the billing requests
• Verify, allocate, and process reconciliation order upon the return of the engine rental asset
• Review/approve monthly statement of accounts, prepare billing reports for the broader organization, including Finance and management teams
• Support daily operations including dispute resolutions, month-end closing reviews and any other critical meeting related to the invoicing operations
• Develop and/or update solution order/subscription billings on a need-basis in SAP system
• Identify process improvement opportunities to help streamline upstream/downstream invoicing processes

Qualifications You Must Have:

• An aviation enthusiast with 5-8 years of prior relevant experience
• University degree or an Advanced Degree in Business Administration or related field
• Critical knowledge of overall systems, including SAP S/4HANA
• Strong understanding of commercial processes, contractual language and invoicing
• Proven professional experience working in the aerospace engine aftermarket or similar industries
• Attention to detail, problem solving and organizational skills handling multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritizing work requirements
• Experience with digital transformation initiatives and process automation
• Very good English communication skills and interpersonal skills to present information to all levels of the organization.
