What will you do?

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for efficiently processing customer orders and providing excellent customer support.

How will you do it?

  • Accurately enter and process customer orders through relevant systems.

  • Provide timely updates and confirmation to customers about their orders.

  • Coordinate with sales, supply chain, and back-office teams to resolve any issues.

  • Monitor order status and manage backorders effectively.

  • Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience.

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting.

  • Proficiency in English and strong communication skills.

  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
