The Position 

  • Act as a key point of contact between Portfolio Managers, ECM, and investors for reporting and information requests 
  • Coordinate and deliver investor reporting, including ad hoc and bespoke requests 
  • Manage investor reporting workflows to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness 
  • Support investor queries and facilitate effective communication across internal and external stakeholders 
  • Gather and synthesize transaction-level and market updates from EU and global asset managers, crafting them into cohesive and well-themed briefs for marketing materials or interim client updates about new investment products. 
  • Develop compelling copy and layouts for investor presentations and offering memoranda (PPMs, pitchbooks, teasers) based on a comprehensive understanding of Tishman Speyer, the objectives of a specific investment vehicle, and the nature of the target audience 
  • Participate in activities related to investor diligence process, market research needs, competitor tracking systems, web site updates, and other matters that arise in the course of fundraising process. 
  • Conduct research on new markets for investment, real estate market conditions, competitors etc. 
  • Point person on DDQs and RFPs 
  • Liase with deal teams on materials, collecting prospects from RMs and Juniper Square (CRM system) and capturing expected allocations to projects for budgeting 
  • Industry publications: PERE, PEI etc. submissions; ECM subscriptions 
  • Pitchbooks & Materials: Point person on those for certain SMAs, Funds, and ensure sure we have the latest from deal teams and upload to Juniper Square; 
  • The Analyst will report directly to the Managing Director of Equity Capital Markets, and adhere to the regulatory requirement to report to authorities in Luxembourg  

Position Requirements: 

  • B.S or B.A. with experience in investment management, real estate, or public markets / banking experience 
  • Strong analytical skills. 
  • Must have strong verbal and written communications skills 
  • Proven ability to think strategically 
  • Creative problem solver 
  • Demonstrated record of working collaboratively 
  • Ability to work across multiple time-zones 
  • Ability to multi-task 
  • Ability to prioritize and respond well to changing circumstances and deadlines 
  • Knowledge of investment real estate market 
  • Well versed in Excel, Word and PowerPoint 
  • Language Skills: fluent in English.
