As a member of the Financial Planning and support team, this position you will play an integral role in successfully implementing and delivering the functional and non-functional requirements for the system and other TR applications. This role will be responsible for achieving desired results within given timelines and tracking progress towards identified milestones, proactively communicating progress towards goals, and providing root cause analysis and potential solutions for system defects. This role will be expected to successfully operate in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment, be able to address multiple competing assignments, and be flexible to changing priorities.
About the Role :
In this opportunity as Oracle EPM FCCS Senior Consultant, you will:
Good knowledge about Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Translation, and eliminations.
Experience with EPM Automate, Data Integration/ Data Management.
Exposure towards designing business rules in FCCS.
Hands on experience in building, customizing FCCS functionalities.
Experience with Essbase cube design and optimization concepts
Experience in Oracle Cloud Financial Reporting Studio.
Oracle Cloud Certification is an added Advantage.
Should possess excellent communication and client facing skills.
About You
You’re a fit for the role of Oracle EPM FCCS Senior Consultant if your background includes:
7 + years of experience in implementation of Oracle HFM/Oracle FCCS/EPM.
Experience in Implementation of EPM cloud with strong Application Development process, experience on FCCS/HFM and good knowledge on consolidation process.
Should have excellent understanding of integrating FCCS application with other source systems using various integrations options like Data Management, web services, REST APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud platform etc.
Interact with business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Business Process Owners and other IT stakeholders across geographies to understand and analyze existing (As-Is) processes and design To-Be process flows per business requirements.
Responsible to implement to-be solutions in respective functional area.
Provide expertise in FCCS application configurations as per business requirements, and complete system integrations as per business requirements, conduct Systems Integration testing sessions, user acceptance testing and plan/execute UAT/Production migrations.
Hands-on experience in FCCS is must and willing to do hands-on while executing the project.
Techno-functional experience is must in Financial Consolidation and Close area to drive overall Design, Solution Architecture followed by configuration/build, testing and deployment.
Flexibility with the ability to work additional hours and in a variety of tasks as needed.
