Reporting to the Director, Functional Learning and Enterprise Initiatives, the AI Learning Specialist, Asia will support delivery of the Asia AI learning roadmap aligned to the global strategy. They will drive role-based learning design, skills assessment, and partnerships with Singapore government bodies. This role requires a self-starter with a growth mindset, someone who thrives on curiosity, adapts quickly, and takes ownership of delivering impactful outcomes. As a key partner to stakeholders across Asia, you will lead initiatives that embed AI learning into the flow of work, drive engagement programs, and enable scalable adoption.

Position Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of the Asia AI Learning Roadmap aligned to global strategy and adapting as needed for regional relevance; design role-based micro-learning and workshops for priority groups.

  • Conduct skill gap studies for priority groups and deliver insight reports

  • Conduct data analysis on training initiatives and report findings to direct manager and relevant senior stakeholders in regular reports.

  • Facilitate high-impact, interactive training sessions to employees in various formats: in-person, hybrid and blended, and virtual.

  • Develop and maintain the AI role-based skills matrix; validate rubrics and assessments.

  • Collaborate with Asia AI, AI CoE, and Singapore People Partners to manage alignment with Singapore government agencies; map modules to standards.

  • Develop and maintain learning and enablement resources that support AI adoption (e.g. curriculum packs, guides, localized content, communication materials, change narratives, FAQs, what good looks like and senior leaders’ talking points, etc.)

  • Drive engagement and enablement programs to build AI literacy across the organization

  • Embed AI learning into workflows through change enablement strategies

  • Gather insights and iterate programs and offerings based on feedback and emerging trends

  • Stay ahead of AI and learning innovations to anticipate evolving business needs and benchmark industry best practices to ensure our AI learning remains competitive and relevant in Asia.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in instructional design and a broad range of learning methodologies.

  • 4–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably within global organizations or the Financial Services industry.

  • Solid understanding of AI concepts, with familiarity in GenAI productivity tools and emerging technologies.

  • Proven track record in program management for enterprise learning, digital transformation, or technology adoption initiatives.

  • Experience in regional learning initiatives and effective cross‑cultural communication.

  • Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills.

  • Strong analytical abilities with experience measuring learning program effectiveness.

  • Bachelor’s degree.

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience with LMS and LXP platforms, virtual conferencing (e.g. host controls and breakouts on MS Teams) 

  • Knowledge of data analytics tools (e.g., PowerBI) 

  • Background in adult learning principles or organizational development 

  • Experience with skills diagnostics and benchmarking 

  • Certifications in Learning & Development or related fields 

  • Experience managing global learning initiatives and governance
