Sales Manager - Singapore
Why We Have This Role
Qualtrics is looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our Singapore sales team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving net new revenue while coaching and mentoring a team of Account Executives and Enterprise sellers. You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional partners to execute a strategic sales plan, ensuring sustainable growth in a fast-moving environment. Your leadership will empower the team to close experience gaps for some of the world’s largest organisations using our cutting-edge Experience Management platform.

Things You’ll Do
- Lead and develop a team of Account Executives and Enterprise sellers to achieve aggressive revenue and growth targets for Singapore.
- Coach direct reports on sales strategies, pipeline and opportunity management, as well as career development.
- Establish and maintain a rigorous operating rhythm to track team performance, forecast sales, and identify areas for improvement.
- Recruit, retain, and nurture a high-performing team of sales professionals with strong potential and proven track records.
- Manage complex contract negotiations and multi-stakeholder deal cycles, acting as an executive sponsor for key accounts and deals.
- Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Professional Services, Product, Customer Success, and Implementation teams to support large enterprise engagements.
- Continuously monitor and analyse the competitive landscape to inform win-based proposals, pricing strategies, and sales positioning.
- Lead change management initiatives within the team to adapt effectively in a fast-growing environment.
What We’re Looking For On Your Resume
- 8 to 10+ years of enterprise-level SaaS sales experience, with at least 3 years in a sales leadership or management role.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding team quotas and driving breakthrough sales results.
- Strong experience managing complex contract negotiations and multi-layered sales cycles.
- Familiarity with MEDDPICC or equivalent sales methodologies and disciplined use of Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems.
- Exceptional communication skills in English, with experience engaging senior executives and diverse stakeholders.
- Ability and willingness to travel up to once or twice per month as needed.
- Adaptable leader who leads with empathy, fosters a positive team culture, and drives high operational discipline.
