Job Description:

Responsibilities include:

  • Identify business performance issues e.g. invoicing issues, financial performance issues within a specific service or more broadly
  • Identify solutions to address performance issues and conduct/host meetings with various teams as required to resolve
  • Proactively protect revenue and eliminate revenue leakage via analysing reports, ensuring invoicing is correct for services rendered and associated data can be substantiated to eliminate invoice disputes
  • Report lessons learnt and conduct necessary awareness sessions with internal teams to better understand contractual obligations, become more effective in driving revenue growth and maximising revenue protection
  • Manage and coordinate contract deliverables including developing a schedule to ensure deliverables are performed on time
  • Identify process efficiencies and proactively work to implement with relevant Account stakeholders
  • Support Account governance requirements

Competency proven in the following areas:

  • Understanding and interpreting contract language
  • Financial acumen (inc. invoicing knowledge)
  • Business acumen
  • Communication skills (written and oral) and presentation skills
  • Microsoft Office Suite, high aptitude in MS Excel
  • Attention to detail
  • Power BI/Automation/AI skills (nice to have)

Additional reference:

  • Has experience with project management/business operations/business analysis/data analyst/finance analyst
