Summary: As an Application Lead for Software Development, you will be responsible for leading the design, build, and configuration of Veeva Vault applications. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, build, and configuration of Veeva Vault applications, acting as the primary point of contact for the project. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and quality assurance analysts, to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality applications. - Manage project timelines, ensuring that deliverables are completed on time and within budget. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring that best practices are followed and that team members are continuously improving their skills. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Extensive experience with Veeva Vault. - Must To Have Skills: Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with other content management systems, such as Documentum or SharePoint. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce.com and other CRM systems. - Strong understanding of software development best practices, including code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration. - Experience with project management tools, such as JIRA or Trello. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in software development, with a focus on Veeva Vault. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality applications. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
