POSITION PURPOSE
Working closely with the Southeast Asia Institutional Relationship Manager, this position is responsible for pursuing and maintaining relationships with institutional clients and prospects in the region. This position implements the sales strategy to appropriately position solutions for the market. This person will be a key member of the broader Asia team. In close cooperation with the portfolio specialists, the associate will contribute to develop and deliver market environment and strategy presentations to new and existing clients. There will be an element of dealing with investment consultants in the region. In addition, the RMA will conduct strategic research and market intelligence in support of the business planning for the group.
Rotation: The program is designed to provide broad exposure and build cross-functional capabilities:
1. Institutional Distribution (4 months)
Focus: Institutional clients in Southeast Asia (sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, insurers).
Exposure to:
2. Wealth Distribution – Intermediaries (4 months)
Focus: Distribution through intermediaries (private banks, wealth managers).

3. Multi-Asset or Investment Specialist Group (4 months)
