Job Profile Summary
Responsible for the offerings and Go-To-Market strategy, developing and maintaining our internal & external plans. Creating strategic alliances & partnerships, building, and maintaining partner/market relationships to grow our overall market positioning and reputation.

Job Description
Essential Job Functions:

•    Contribute to the development and execution of the offerings and Go-To-Market strategy, aligning with the organization's objectives.
•    Support the creation and maintenance of internal and external strategic plans for offerings and alliances.
•    Assist in the establishment and management of strategic alliances and partnerships, participating in negotiation and agreement processes.
•    Play a key role in fostering partner and market relationships to improve market positioning and reputation.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of strategic initiatives.
•    Contribute to the analysis of market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
•    Assist in team leadership and provide mentorship to team members, promoting professional development.
•    Help in tracking and reporting on key performance metrics and KPIs related to offerings and alliances.

Basic Qualifications:
•    Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
•    Typically, 10+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 4 years in a similar role
•    Proven experience in corporate leadership roles
•    Proficiencies in strategic planning, team management, and business development
•    A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology

Other Qualifications:
•    Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
•    Relevant certifications such as Certified Strategic Alliance Professional (CSAP) or Certified Business Leader (CBL) are a plus
