Required skills and qualifications:

• 5 years +  / Strong experience in a dynamic product management role.

• Proven success in overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle.

• High effectiveness in managing cross-functional teams.

• 5 years +  experience of delivering products that leverage cloud services.

• Proven software delivery experience, working with development teams to drive iterative / continuous deployments.

• Strong technical understanding of software delivery, cloud native services, providers’ and tools.

• Demonstrable experience in helping to identify, drive, and facilitate external partnerships that accelerate product usage, effectiveness, and deepen customer adoption and overall success.

• Extensive track record leading product and engineering teams.

• Exceptional writing and editing skills, combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills

• Curious, problem-solving  leadership style, demonstrating 

• Able to  develop, scale, and continuously cultivate a strong product culture and team, energizing their team members while also holding them accountable to set goals. 

• Align strategy with product performance metrics (KPIs) that reflect capacity, utilization, efficiency, uptime, 

 
Preferred skills and qualifications:

• Previous experience in software and web development.

• Understanding of value stream mapping  and how to increase productivity of development teams.

• Track record of working in financial services or other regulated industries, specifically regarding the  leveraging of cloud services.

• Solid understanding of prioritization methodologies.  how to break work down and delivery using a lean approach working on close collaboration with Agile delivery mangers.
