Office Manager – Partners Achieving Community Transformation (PACT)

The Office Manager supports PACT’s mission to revitalize Columbus’ Near East Side by serving as the primary administrator of the office. Reporting to the Executive Director, this role manages daily operations, supports financial processes, oversees vendors, and coordinates special projects and events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Administration: Manage front desk operations, greet visitors, handle calls and correspondence, maintain office organization, and support the Executive Director’s calendar.
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors for office services, maintenance, supplies, and event logistics.
  • Financial Support: Assist with financial oversight, including expense tracking, payments, and coordination with accounting partners.
  • Project Coordination: Support planning and execution of meetings, events, and special initiatives.
  • General Support: Perform additional administrative and operational tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, and comfort working with diverse stakeholders. A successful candidate will need to be organized and have comfort communicating with diverse groups of people. The ability to navigate multiple projects at once will be critical.

Minimum Education & Experience Required:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 2 years of relevant experience required. 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred
