Job Description:

CACI has an outstanding opportunity for an Operations Coordinator.  This is a mid-level project management position in support of a Department of Defense (DoD) organization and will be located in Fayetteville, NC.  The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for providing business, technical, and personnel coordination and management for individual projects in support of a program.

The successful candidate must be able to communicate clearly and succinctly both written and orally, and present products and ideas in a business-like manner. The candidate will be required to work in dynamic fast paced environments that requires team interaction and coordination of efforts.  The candidate must be experienced in interfacing with both internal and external leadership.  The successful candidate must have experience in personnel supervision and coordination with external organizations. 
 
Specifically, the Operations Coordinator will be responsible for coordination of operational functions in direct support of multiple DoD organizations that may be geographically dispersed.  The Operations Coordinator will be the interface between the Program Management Team and the sub contract recruiting management teams to ensure the Program Manager's recruiting guidance and program goals are synchronized across the entire program team.  The Operations Coordinator will manage the recruiting cycle for the program to include the coordination efforts for travel and eventual on-boarding of prospective candidates.  As part of the Program Management team the Operations Coordinator will work directly with the Program Manager, Deputy Program Manager, and Operations Manager to ensure the program is properly staffed. Daily activities include but are not limited to; managing personnel strength of the program, managing the recruiting process to ensure candidates are available to backfill pending vacancies; coordination with multiple team mates to synchronize recruiting efforts to ensure efficient and responsive fills of vacancies, coordination of operational activities with external and internal CACI or government groups, and handling personnel issues as needed.   They will be responsible to ensure personnel receive adequate guidance and direction to perform their daily tasks. 
 

 

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:


 
- Top Secret Clearance AND meet the requirements of DCID 6/4.
- 8 or more years of professional work experience that provides the required knowledge and skills. 
- 3 or more years of experience in management of projects/tasks similar in scope and requirements to current program
- Must have a minimum of 4-6 years of experience directly managing personnel
- Knowledge of standard software application programs
- Experience supporting DoD organizations
 
Clearance Requirement: Candidates must have an active Top Secret.
 

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:


- B.A. business related field
- Certifications: 
PMP
- 15+ years of experience directly managing personnel
- Strong Writing Skills
- Military background and Experience with Special Operations.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$49,700 - $101,800
