We’re looking for an experienced Sales Operations and Enablement Manager to drive the efficiency and success of our sales organization in a high-growth, fast-paced environment. In this role, you’ll work closely with sales leadership to create scalable processes, optimize our sales tools, and provide ongoing training and resources for our team to meet and exceed their goals. This is a pivotal role that combines strategy with hands-on execution, working across teams to help build a high-performing sales engine.

As a Sales Operations and Enablement Manager you will:
Sales Operations
- Refine Sales Processes: Build and improve scalable sales processes that drive productivity and align with business goals.
- Measure & Track Performance: Build a single source of truth to drive business outcomes and decision making. Collaborate with Finance to develop,manage and report performance metrics and dashboards, providing leadership and the sales team with actionable insights, focusing on pipeline health, conversion rates, and accurate forecasting.
- Support Forecasting: Collaborate with sales leadership to ensure accurate forecasting, aligning revenue expectations with strategic objectives.
- Optimize CRM & Sales Tools: Manage and optimize Hubspot, Salesforce (or similar CRM) and other tools, ensuring clean data, seamless workflows, and maximum efficiency for the sales team.
- Drive Compensation Strategy: Work closely with finance, sales and HR leadership on designing and administering sales compensation plans that reward top performance and align with company objectives.
Sales Enablement
- Onboard New Hires: Develop a comprehensive onboarding program for new sales hires, equipping them to hit the ground running and contribute to revenue goals quickly.
- Ongoing Training Programs: Build and maintain training resources for existing team members, keeping them sharp on product knowledge, sales techniques, and market trends.
- Create Sales Content: Partner with marketing and product teams to develop playbooks, case studies, pitch decks, and other resources to help sales teams engage prospects effectively.
- Develop Sales Playbooks: Build and update playbooks that outline effective sales approaches, best practices, and tactics for winning different customer segments.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Align with Marketing: Work with marketing to ensure the sales team has the latest content and messaging, supporting lead generation and nurturing activities.
- Executive Reporting: Collaborate with Finance to provide regular updates to sales and executive teams on the effectiveness of enablement initiatives, pipeline health, and key insights to drive strategic decisions.
What you'll need:
- Experience: You have 5+ years in sales operations, enablement, or a related role in high-growth SaaS or tech companies.
- Process-Oriented: You understand the sales process inside and out, with a knack for building efficient, scalable processes that support high-performance teams.
- Tech-Savvy: You’re skilled with CRM systems, especially Salesforce, and know how to leverage them to maximize sales productivity.
- Analytical Mindset: You can analyze data to find actionable insights and make recommendations that improve the sales organization’s performance.
- Project Management: You have a track record of managing projects from start to finish, staying organized, and ensuring all details are in place.
- Enablement Expert: You’re passionate about training and developing resources that empower sales teams to succeed.
- Excellent Communicator: You’re a skilled communicator who can work across teams to influence and inspire at all levels.
Nice to haves:
- Experience with sales methodologies like MEDDIC or Challenger.
- Familiarity with sales enablement tools such as SalesLoft, Highspot, or Gong.
- Knowledge of data analytics platforms like Tableau or Power BI.
