Job Summary

    The Recruiter II, RPO is responsible for sourcing, qualifying, and placing Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) in alignment with client requirements for direct hire roles within an RPO account. This role focuses on building consultative relationships with candidates, driving high-volume recruiting for Nursing and Allied positions, and meeting aggressive placement goals. The ideal candidate brings strong healthcare recruiting experience, advanced sourcing skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, internal ATS, and creative Boolean searches to identify qualified HCPs.
    • Screen and qualify candidates based on licensure, skills, and compatibility with client needs; ensure compliance with all requirements.
    • Conduct intake sessions and maintain accurate candidate data in Great People ATS.
    • Present comprehensive candidate profiles to the Operations Manager for review and submission.
    • Achieve performance targets, including 5 placements per month across specialties such as Med-Surg, ER, Imaging, and Allied/RN roles.
    • Manage pre-employment paperwork and coordinate onboarding processes for client compliance.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to increase candidate flow and support training and onboarding of new recruiters.
    • Maintain timely communication and deliver exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

    Key Skills & Competencies

    • Advanced sourcing skills, including creative Boolean string development and multi-platform strategies.
    • Strong consultative communication skills to engage and motivate candidates.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet aggressive placement goals.
    • Proficiency in ATS and CRM systems; experience with Taleo, UKG, Workday preferred.
    • Familiarity with job boards and sourcing tools (Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter).

    Qualifications

    • Associate’s Degree plus 5–7 years of experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 7–9 years of experience.
    • 5+ years recruiting experience, including 2–3 years in healthcare recruiting (Nursing and Allied strongly preferred).
    • Background in staffing or RPO environments required.

    Preferred Experience

    • Experience recruiting for multiple clients simultaneously.
    • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and curiosity to explore new sourcing techniques.

    Work Environment / Physical Requirements

    • Work is performed in an office/home office environment.
    • Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

      Pay Rate

      $25.00 - $31.25 Hourly

      Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
