THE ROLE
As part of the Delivery team within the Operations department, you will play a key role in strengthening our carrier commercial and financial capabilities, supporting cost efficiency analysis and value creation across our delivery network.

This role sits at the intersection of logistics, finance, and commercial strategy. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure full visibility, control, and optimization of carrier-related costs, analyze carrier proposals and support contract negotiations and financial analysis.

Our team operates across three core pillars — data foundations, monitoring & reporting, and continuous improvement. In this role, you will contribute meaningfully across these areas, bringing strong analytical and business skills, while collaborating closely with teammates who also support these pillars.

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining analytical models, reports and cost frameworks that support carrier commercial decision-making. You will transform complex cost and billing data into clear insights, ensuring decisions are supported by accurate data and transparent assumptions.
This role offers broad exposure to e-commerce logistics cost management, carrier commercial analysis, and financial support across multiple international markets, working directly with key stakeholders and senior business leaders, with a direct impact on cost control, savings, and commercial strategy.
