The Opportunity:
Lead, manage and develop solution marketing concept cross business areas;
Drive the commercial shift from product-centric marketing to highly integrated, differentiating enterprise solution-selling frameworks.
Identify new opportunities that could drive business growth, including new revenue streams and business models;
Define and implement commercial strategy for solutions;
Define pricing models together with local finance team;
Develop go to market strategy for digital diagnostics solutions;
Take commercial responsibility for increasing market share and sales.
Provide direction, develop strategies and co-create innovative consultancy services to meet our customers demands and position Roche as a true partner in Healthcare.
People leader to the Integrated Solutions chapter, being a sparring partner and coach to enhance their skills, personal development and increase impact
Deliver value to our clients by providing strategic consultancy advice through projects, both within and beyond the lab
Leverage all existing/new initiatives globally to ensure best practice sharing;
Foster collaboration to identify synergies between the areas of expertise that could upgrade the solutions proposal;
Collaborate with global and regional teams on customer projects, commercialization models and R&D strategies.
Who you are:
University degree in Life Science, Marketing, Business Management or Engineering
MBA or other relevant graduate or postgraduate degree is preferred
Relevant experience in commercial commercial strategy, solution selling, digital health, diagnostics, healthcare technology, product commercialization, go-to-market, or commercial roles.
Experience in diagnostics is preferred
Experience in leading, coaching, and developing teams, either through direct management or in a strong matrix leadership capacity.
Fluent written and verbal English, Spanish is a plus
Proven ability to work in an ever changing environment in an agile manner
Strong customer orientation/focus
Availability to travel about 50% of the time
Availability to work in a hybrid model based in São Paulo
