Job Title: Associate Product Owner - Salesforce

The Location: Islamabad, Pakistan

About the Role: The Associate Product Owner, Salesforce, is an integral part of the Commercial Systems team and is responsible for driving operational efficiency for all business stakeholders and performing UAT. This position will work within the AGILE framework to prioritize, plan, and oversee the delivery of features on their scrum team to enhance the value of the SFDC platform and integrated systems. The Associate Product Owner will help stakeholders define features and prioritize the product backlog to obtain maximum value for the end user's benefit.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in defining, developing, and implementing the Salesforce strategic roadmap and the releases of features for Salesforce and integrated systems
  •  Identify customer needs, take detailed business requirements from global SFDC CI stakeholders and provide guidance on business processes to the team 
  • Write user stories, own and prioritize the backlog and translate business needs into technical requirements for the scrum team 
  • Assist in managing the scrum team and sprint planning/execution, working closely with the scrum master  
  • Communicate with stakeholders regarding the product roadmap, timelines and status of requests. 
  • Working closely with Salesforce Field Support to communicate enhancements and defect fixes with end users 
  • Articulate and track value delivered to business stakeholders – lean thinking 
  • Perform comprehensive UAT testing and provide meaningful observations to ensure quality deliverables. 

What We’re Looking For: 

  • Should have at least 2 years’ experience working with Salesforce and/or on a Technical Support Team in a related field. 
  • Basic understanding of Agile best practices 
  •  A candidate who is a Salesforce Certified Administrator is preferred
  • Good communication skills (Verbal and Written) and be able to articulate the problems and provide comprehensive solutions 
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s degree in engineering or equivalent 
  • Excellent team player & interpersonal skills 
  • Experience collaborating with clients on business process enhancements
