Job Description:

  • Strong domain expertise around various life insurance product.
  • Expert in Admin system, experience in configuration, model development, modelling and valuation
  • Deep knowledge in the calculation of cash values, account values, surrender values, benefit calculation based on option value, etc.,
  • Strong understanding of various product features and lines of business.
  • Guide team on problem solving & solutions design approach
  • Interprets data assumption, application codes and results from models and provides validation & explanations
  • Review outputs prepared by the team and prepares documentation.
  • Prepares projects documentation

Analytical background / Skill Set:

  • Expert in various life insurance product
  • Life and annuity valuation experience
  • Experience using actuarial software and policy systems
  • Able to develop data mapping and downstream testing in valuation models
  • Able to configure Life insurance products in policy admin systems
  • Able to develop data mapping and downstream testing in valuation models

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Bachelor's degree in actuarial sciences or related field preferred
  • Seven or more years of actuarial experience
  • Cleared at least 5 CT level Papers (CT1, CT3 and CT5 must)
