ABOUT THE MISSION
You will manage and develop a diverse portfolio of retailers across Poland on behalf of Columbia and SOREL. This includes:
Your core mission is to strengthen our presence in outdoor and sporting goods doors while elevating our visibility and relevance in lifestyle distribution — including managing JD with the right strategic attention and cross-functional alignment (notably with the UK team).
Based in Warsaw and part of our Central Eastern Europe Sales organization, you will join a small, experienced team overseeing the wholesale business of Columbia and Sorel across the country. The team is led by the Country Manager Poland and include one Senior Sales Representative, one Digital Sales Manager, and yourself!
