Job Description

As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will calculate replenishment plans, analyze Inventory data and manage supply chain risks to enhance overall supply chain performance. You are responsible for developing and implementing supply planning approach to ensure optimal inventory levels, efficient production schedules, and timely delivery of products.

Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis:

    • Calculate and maintain China replenishment plans based on information from demand planning, logistics, product team, regulatory and regional supply planning.

    • Other supply chain data analysis and modeling.

  • Collaborative Supply Planning:

    • Liaise with regional supply planner on replenishment changes according to capacity and material constraints.

    • Ensure appropriate monitoring and management of supply risks mitigation with relevant stakeholders. Cooperate with regulatory team in China and regional supply planner/project managers in SG, when there are regulatory changes impacting supply.

    • Represent China supply planning and lead supply chain conversation in meetings with cross functional teams.

    • Coordinate airfreight with logistics team when it is needed.

    • Obtain information of new product launch and product obsolescence from Product manager to enable robust planning.

  • Change Management Proficiency:

    • Fast adopter of organizational change and evolution, applying curiosity and critical thinking to increase business acumen.

  • Planning Excellence:

    • Ensures through ongoing learning, high level of proficiency in use of Excel and Power BI.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Advanced Excel/Power BI skills for data analysis and modeling. High degree of accountability and a track record of delivery excellence.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, preferably in multinational companies.

  • Strategic mindset, with demonstrated end-to-end critical thinking.
