Who you are:

  • 3-5+ Years of Experience with a People Operations Background (or similar). You bring exceptional organizational, time management, project management, and problem-solving skills to the table. Your acute attention to detail, tech-savviness, adaptability, and proactive nature enable you to adeptly juggle multiple projects while ensuring all stakeholders are kept informed. With a diverse project background encompassing human resources, finance, events, and more, your experience underscores your versatility and ability to excel in various domains.
  • Detail-Oriented. You’re often recognized for your exceptional attention to detail. From following a detailed process to creating and maintaining documentation, you can spot discrepancies that most would miss from a mile away. For you, it’s not just about ticking boxes, but catching the subtle details that matter.
  • Autonomous & Resourceful. You are self-motivated, operate autonomously and naturally take initiative. You love getting to the bottom of things, leveraging your resources, and finding solutions (often even before a challenge has been identified). It doesn’t stop there though! You seek out opportunities to automate & streamline, making our systems and processes the most efficient they can be.
  • Organized Multitasker & Context Shifter. You are known for your exceptional time management skills with how you effortlessly juggle a variety of projects and tasks at any given time! Amidst a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, you maintain order with meticulous organization, ensuring no detail slips through the cracks. You not only manage dozens of responsibilities seamlessly but also handle interruptions with ease, understanding that supporting a dynamic team requires flexibility and quick context shifting.
  • Effective Communicator. Your communication skills are top-notch, both verbally and in writing. You have the knack for conveying information clearly and effectively, no matter the audience.
  • Remote Culture Champion. You are the ultimate brand ambassador in your remote, global culture. You live & breathe our Jungle Principles. Your creativity and fresh perspectives make Jungle Scout an even better place to work.
  • Positive and Empathetic. Your positive energy is infectious to those around you. You’re naturally caring, easy-going, and optimistic.  You listen to understand, provide the ultimate service, and demonstrate empathy in all interactions.
  • Growth-Oriented Mindset. You have an insatiable hunger for learning and growth. You have an exceptional ability to quickly learn and master diverse systems, taking ownership over time. Your high-aptitude and eagerness to take on more responsibilities make you a true asset.
  • Analytical. Data and insights are your trusty companions when making decisions. You leverage them strategically to drive positive outcomes.

Bonus points!

  • BambooHR & Notion experience. You have experience with two of our most used People Operations systems.
  • Excel. You’re a wiz with Excel formulas and know how to leverage them to make you move faster.
  • Automations & efficiencies. You have experience with (or a passion for learning how) automating processes and systems.

Note: The one constant in our evolving, dynamic environment is change. Needless to say, you’ll never get bored ;) The responsibilities listed above are our needs today but we are keeping future needs & opportunities in mind when hiring for this position. We value adaptability and a growth mindset in team members. Although it’s not promised, the successful candidate should be prepared for the possibility that their role may evolve over time as our business strategies and priorities change.
