As a Lead Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will play a strategic role in attracting and hiring top talent across Stryker's EEMEA region. Partnering closely with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, and business leaders, you will drive end-to-end recruitment, provide market insights, and influence hiring decisions to support business growth.

This role can be based in Istanbul, Turkey or Warsaw, Poland, and offers a flexible hybrid working model.

What will you do?

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for professional and leadership-level positions across the EEMEA region.

  • Partner with Hiring Managers and HR to develop effective hiring strategies and workforce plans.

  • Source, assess, and engage high-quality talent using a variety of sourcing methods and recruiting technologies.

  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience while acting as an ambassador for the Stryker brand.

  • Provide market intelligence, recruitment best practices, and strategic hiring guidance to stakeholders.

  • Manage complex compensation discussions in collaboration with HR Business Partners.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to regional or global Talent Acquisition projects.

  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and influence hiring decisions through data-driven recommendations.

What will you need?

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • 4+ years of recruitment experience (in-house, agency, or RPO).

  • Experience recruiting professional-level talent.

  • Fluency in English and Turkish.

  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday).

  • Strong sourcing, assessment, and communication skills.

Preferred

  • Fluency in Russian is a plus.

  • Experience recruiting across multiple countries or regions.

  • Experience managing complex or high-volume hiring projects.

  • Experience working in a multinational or matrix organization.
