Job Description:

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Nurture and secure new business opportunities in designated territories.
  • Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling with current partner accounts to maximize revenue.
  • Find and recruit new customers and partners to grow the business
  • Focus on customer renewals and contract extensions while maintaining strong relationships among stakeholders and client organizations.
  • Identify sales scenarios and opportunities to develop business to meet and exceed targets.
  • Gain a high-level profile and trust within the partner base.

 

What We Are Looking For:

  • You have experience in a similar position within software solutions sales, partner organization, or IT channel sales
  • Knowledge or familiarity with selling SaaS
  • Familiarity with Cloud Software Group, Citrix, and/or competitor’s preferred
  • Good communication and negotiation skills (hunting and farming) and capacity to upsell & cross-sell.
  • Ability to build and develop strategic business relationships with clients and partners.
  • Self-motivated with a hardworking and constant proactive approach.

Work Arrangement:

For candidates in other states; Fully Remote: Must be able to travel to an Arrow office location as requested by Arrow leadership.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$33.12 - $40.48

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
