Job Description

At P&G, finance people are part of every multi-functional team and are key enablers of business growth and decision-making. Within Financial Reporting and Pricing Coordination Department, you will be performing a number of core tasks to enable the full Finance & Accounting organization. This will include managing the forecast or pricing process, reporting using available systems, building expertise on processes and technical capabilities to continuously simplify and improve.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Performing data validations, consolidation and system submission
  • Reasonability checks and troubleshooting
  • Prepare relevant reporting for business analysis using excel proficiency and willingness to use Microsoft PBI/KNIME Platform based on on-the-job training
  • Provide data, insights and support to business teams
  • Identify and propose improvement opportunities

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor graduate with strong academic records in Economics or Finance
  • Analytical thinking with a "can-do" attitude
  • Excel and Digital savviness: Microsoft PBI and/or KNIME platform will be considered a strong plus
  • Work ethic characterized by excellent collaboration skills within diverse organizations and teams, problem-solving, and prioritization
  • Self-organized, with high attention to detail
  • Very good speaking and written command of English
