About DXC Bulgaria
We are DXC – a Fortune 500 global IT services leader.
In Bulgaria, we are among the largest IT employers, delivering the full spectrum of the company’s diverse technical portfolio. Our teams work across cutting-edge technologies, contributing to projects that span industries and geographies.
We foster continuous learning and professional growth, offering access to targeted training and certifications aligned with individual interests and career aspirations.

About the role
As a Contract Operations Coordinator, you are the steady hand keeping complex, cross-functional contracts moving seamlessly—from intake through execution and renewal. You bring structure to ambiguity by coordinating stakeholders, maintaining audit-ready documentation, and ensuring contracts remain compliant, traceable, and centrally managed. In this highly visible role, you reduce execution and compliance risk by driving clear ownership and disciplined lifecycle tracking, turning moving parts into repeatable, well-governed processes.
Daily challenges
Coordinating end-to-end contract lifecycle activities, including intake, drafting, review, negotiation, approval, and execution
Ensuring completeness and accuracy by validating inputs, stakeholder engagement, approvals, and signatory authority
Orchestrating cross-functional reviews with Sales, Legal, Finance, Delivery, Product, Security/Compliance, and governance teams
Supporting contract onboarding, structured handoffs to operations, and central archiving of executed agreements
Managing contractual obligations by extracting, documenting, assigning ownership, and tracking accountability across stakeholders
Establishing and maintaining obligation tracking routines, dashboards, and evidence repositories while supporting audits and compliance activities
Tracking key milestones, renewals, extensions, and exits while maintaining reporting, logs, and stakeholder visibility
eXperience and skills required
Bachelor’s degree (Business, Legal Studies, Finance, Operations, or related field) or equivalent practical experience
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple deals/contracts in parallel
3+ years of experience in contract operations, contract administration, commercial operations, or a related role coordinating cross-functional workflows
Ability to document processes, maintain audit-ready records, and drive follow-ups to closure
We would consider as advantage:
Experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools and repositories (e.g., Sirion, SharePoint, or similar)
Experience supporting obligation management, compliance evidence collection, or audit coordination
Exposure to SaaS / services delivery contracts and cross-regional stakeholder coordination
Advanced Excel skills and ability to create reporting views/dashboards (Power BI a plus)
