Maintain and sustain Photolithography processes by supporting manufacturing day to day activities. Respond to production issues and collaborate with the ME Team to implement solution, formulate plan with the shift teams for the following: down tool recovery, problem product lots/SWR lots at step, quality deviation event recovery. Use statistical process controls and data analysis to support and monitor the performance of Photo tools. Demonstrate advanced knowledge of fault detection and classification (FDC)/ statistical process control (SPC) /run to run (R2R) and driving area FDC/SPC/R2R metrics. Monitor that appropriate SPC and FDC limits and strategies are in place; provide and document reaction mechanisms. Drive and initiate excursion and scrap reduction efforts; conduct excursion and quality deviation root cause analysis, scrap understanding or quality deviation follow-up. Understand and address need for cause prevention and symptoms early detection. Identify needs for margin improvement. Actively support availability improvement projects by collaborating with equipment engineering team. Assist in periodic review of equipment failure mode severity and occurrence, drive improvement activities. Work on labor productivity and quality improvement projects by building complex automation processes using UI path or other programing tools/utility. Drive process characterization activities, identify process margin limitation, and drive strategic improvement activities such as process or hardware improvement. Prepare engineering change documentation to support recommended changes. Participate and/or lead Xfunctional teams and drive to conclusion complex projects, such as cost, yield, quality and/or output improvements activities, requiring a wide variety of advanced reporting and analysis capabilities. Collaborate closely with yield enhancement and process integration team to identify and address process improvements needs in order to drive new technology yield improvement progress. Represent the area in technical meetings such daily yield and quality meeting (YQ), process integration yield focus meeting, defect reduction strategic meeting, and optimizing track recipes for defectivity improvement and tool performance, etc.

Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Material Science, Physics, or related technical field.
