PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
The incumbent is responsible to manage and oversee the sales and sales support team in the Water Solutions & Services (WSS) segment in Indonesia.
RESPONSIBILITIES
In collaboration with senior management develop and implement business plans and strategies, including budgeting, forecasts, and resource allocation.
Develop and manage strategic partnership with key distributors and customers.
Understand industry-specific trends and landscapes.
Accountable for financial reporting and planning (AOP, MBR, QBR, Salesforce, Forecasts, etc.) and support Finance in managing Accounts Receivable.
Oversee the preparation and consolidation of the overall budgets.
Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
Monitor financial performance versus the budget and ensure the company is aware of anticipated costs/ revenues, areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified, and potential performance improvement opportunities are capitalized upon. Delivers effective sales and marketing presentations and education tailored to the segment(s) and coaches the team on how to do the same.
Supporting and meeting country statutory requirement in Indonesia.
Any other duties assigned by the Commercial Director from time-to-time.
Develops and maintains positive working relationships within own team and across other groups to create effective solutions for customers and partners, proactively communicating and assisting as necessary to meet customer, partners and internal group needs.
Oversee the operations of the Support Services in line with objectives.
REQUIREMENTS
3–8 years of experience in sales or commercial leadership roles
Proven success managing sales teams and high-value targets
Significant experience in business growth.
Strong sales knowledge of the company’s sector of activity (mining/municipal/commercial building)
Skilled in budgeting, forecasting, and revenue analysis
Deep understanding of customer needs and market dynamics
Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals.
Proven leadership and ability to drive and develop sales teams.
Have experience in dealing with clients at multiple levels within the client’s organization
Have experience in multinational organization.
