Job Summary
Synechron is seeking a highly experienced DevOps Engineer with a strong focus on emerging technologies such as blockchain, IoT, and AI to lead innovative infrastructure and automation projects. The role involves designing, implementing, and managing advanced technology solutions, mentoring teams, and promoting best practices aligning with organizational strategies. Your expertise will drive continuous improvement, enhance system reliability, and support the organization’s digital transformation objectives.
Software Requirements
Required:
Proven experience with emerging technologies such as blockchain, IoT, or AI (8+ years)
Extensive knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and DevOps tools for automation and deployment
Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native architectures
Experience in designing and implementing automation frameworks and infrastructure as code (IaC) solutions
Expertise in containerization: Docker, Kubernetes
Knowledge of monitoring and observability practices with tools like Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch
Familiarity with security best practices: encryption, identity management, compliance standards
Preferred:
Certifications in emerging technologies, cloud (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect), or DevOps (e.g., CKAD, Azure DevOps Engineer)
Experience supporting AI/ML deployment pipelines and model integration
Skills in blockchain platform deployment or IoT device management
Overall Responsibilities
Lead the development and deployment of innovative solutions using emerging technologies supporting cloud-native and DevOps best practices
Mentor and guide teams in adopting automation, infrastructure as code, and continuous delivery methodologies
Evaluate and implement new technology solutions to optimize business processes and system stability
Design scalable, secure, and reliable architecture for critical enterprise systems
Build and enhance automation frameworks and deployment pipelines supporting iterative releases
Support system monitoring, incident response, and troubleshooting to ensure high availability and security
Promote best practices in security, compliance, and operational excellence
Contribute to strategic planning, capacity forecasting, and technology adoption initiatives
Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging tools supporting innovation and organizational growth
Drive continuous process improvement and automation initiatives aligned with strategic goals

Develop, automate, and optimize deployment pipelines supporting continuous integration and delivery

Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cloud Computing, or a related field
8+ years supporting enterprise platform solutions with emerging technologies focus
Industry certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, or relevant DevOps certifications preferred
Proven experience deploying scalable, secure, and compliant solutions on cloud platforms supporting enterprise standards
